Paper Mâché Bangle

So, I’ve seen a few of these paper mâché bangles about and I thought it was about time I had a go at it myself…

This one was for my friend Lola’s birthday – made with a simple geometric patterned origami paper.

I really enjoyed making it and I think I’m going to have another go for some christmas presents

I’ve seen them too and wanted to make one. Yours is BEAUTIFUL! What did you use for the bangle? Where did you get it?

Thanks Bejeweled!
I just used an old bangle that I had at home that I never wore.
I used watered down PVA glue to stick the layers of paper and then I coated the whole thing in another thick layer of PVA to protect it.
I think in future I might use a proper varnish on the top coat as this would be slightly more waterproof!
